Old roof stripped to bare deck. We inspect the plywood or OSB sheathing for structural integrity, replace any compromised boards, and prep a clean, solid substrate for the new underlayment and shingles.
Ice Shield & Drip Edge
Ice-and-water shield bonded at valleys and eave lines. Synthetic underlayment over the full deck. New aluminum drip edge at every eave and rake. All flashing — chimney, pipe, vent, wall — sealed and secured before a single shingle goes down.
Nailing & Overlap
Asphalt shingles laid from eave to ridge with precise offset between courses. Every shingle fastened in the manufacturer's nailing zone — too high or too low voids the warranty. Ridge cap and hip shingles complete the system with ridge vents for balanced attic ventilation.
