Pre-Installation Setup
Materials delivered and staged on-site the day before installation. Shingle pallets, underlayment rolls, flashing stock, ridge vent, and fasteners, everything confirmed against the project spec sheet.
Professional Installation
Our Opheim crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Warranty Registration
Final quality check against manufacturer installation requirements. Building inspection coordinated through our Opheim office. Warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
